Ingredients: sugar, maize starch, egg powder, modified potato starch, glucose syrup, vegetable fat from palm and palm kernel, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum), emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), milk protein, salt, flavoring and color (annatto norbixin). Preparation: dissolve 200g of powder in 500ml of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, pour into a tin rinsed under cold water or caramelized, allow to cool
